How can I book an appointment?
You can currently book appointments online though our Jane App.  You can also call us direct at 1-236-427-2574 or Text Us at 1-604-970-0341
How can I pay?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Cash, Gift Cards from Quartz Mind Body & Skin Clinic Inc. We do not accept personal checks. Quartz Mind Body & Skin Inc does not collect payment from MSP. You are responsible for full payment for any fees incurred during your visit to the clinic at the end of the visit. If you are on income assistance and will be applying for reimbursement from MSP then a claim form will be filled out and a copy will be given for you to submit. If you are claiming reimbursement from an extended medical plan then the standard receipt that you will be supplied should be sufficient for your provider to process your reimbursement. What is your refund policy?

Retail merchandise and Skincare products can be refunded within 30 days of purchase as long as items are in original packaging and are unused.

What is your late policy?

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, it may be necessary that the treatment be rescheduled or that the treatment be shortened. We may not have time to complete the treatment as a specific amount of time is allotted for each service to ensure it is performed in a thorough and safe manner.

What Is Your Cancellation/No Show Policy?

Clients will be required to provide a Credit Card number upon booking any appointment.
If one fails to show up for their scheduled appointment, $100.00 (non-refundable) will be charged to their credit card and the client will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit prior to booking their next appointment. That deposit will be applied towards their next scheduled appointment. Quartz Mind Body & Skin Clinic Inc requires at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment or you will be charged for the time set aside and, in the case of a scheduled treatment, the cost of non-reusable products prepared for that treatment. Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be given during regular clinic hours or prior to regular clinic hours covering this 24 hour period.
