I've had a fantastic experience with the naturopathic services at Quartz clinic. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasure. The clinic itself is impeccably clean and has a wonderfully aesthetic ambiance, which adds to the overall sense of comfort.

One of the things I appreciate most about the clinic is that I never feel rushed during my appointments. The practitioner takes the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain treatment options, and answer any questions I may have. Her knowledge and expertise are evident, and I've always felt confident in the care I receive.

However, one minor inconvenience I've encountered is the limited availability of certain medications at the clinic. On occasion, I've had to purchase these medications elsewhere and wait for them to be shipped, which can take some time. While this hasn't been a major issue, it's worth noting for others who may rely on the clinic for all their medication needs.

Despite this small drawback, I fully intend to continue my treatments Quartz mind, body + skin clinic. The quality of care I've received far outweighs any minor inconveniences, and I look forward to continuing my journey to better health with their support. Highly recommend!

Dr.Kaur was is an amazing person and a wonderful Doctor. Super down to earth, explains everything in details suggests her opinion which is always good to hear in such cases. Didn’t force me for any treatment, but she only suggested that do what I am comfortable with as in treatment and money wise. Very thoughtful definitely will go again to see her. Also love that fact that she representing Indian girls out here running a business.

I had the opportunity to see both Dr. Kaur and Dr. Zurekova. What I appreciate about them is that they emphasize transparency and clarity in their approach to healthcare - both are incredibly knowledgable, hence they always put in the effort to provide lots of information about every treatment plan that aligns with our goals. There's never not a learning opportunity at any appointment 🙂

As well, the clinic staff are very friendly and welcoming - always a pleasant environment to be in!

My experience was great. I had my first consultation with Lindsay and she went over everything very nicely and in details.
Give me advice for skin care products, treatment options and more. After the appointment I also received an email with all the information she mentioned at the clinic, which was very helpful as I can refer back to the email when needed.

During my initial consultation, Dr. Kaur asked me a wide array of questions to get a comprehensive understanding of my physical health, lifestyle, diet, genetic health risks, and emotional well-being. She has a wealth of knowledge in naturopathic medicine, as well as fitness and training, and is very compassionate and non-judgmental in her approach. After my initial visit with her I walked away feeling confident that she understood where I was in my health trajectory today and what my goals for the near future look like. By the second visit she had laid out a plan on how to meet my various goals and early prevention strategies in any areas of concern. Very kind and knowledgeable staff! I think they knew I was nervous as it was my first time getting a skin consultation and she was very nice and put me at ease. I'm happy with the assessment & treatment plan offered.

The staff is super welcoming! The doctors are all amazing and genuinely care about getting you back to 100%. You’re opinion, personal experience and consent matters as they help cater treatment plans to what your are comfortable with - which is something other medical providers (GPs) aren’t flexible with in my past experiences. Would definitely recommend to help get you back to being healthy!

My absolute favourite place. Dr. Kaur and her team are fabulous. They have been nothing but supportive of my health and skincare journey throughout the past year and a half. Dr. Kaurs client-focused practice is truly incomparable. The whole team is so accommodating and make you feel at ease. I have been coming to Quartz for a few months now for skin care concerns and I have had nothing but amazing experiences! Kylee has been phenomenal in every step of the journey! She is extremely knowledgeable and I have seen a huge difference in my skin ever since I have been coming to see her. Having brown skin I have always been hesitant to fully commit to any treatment due to fear of it making my skin worse. But ever since coming to Quartz and seeing Kylee my skin has been thriving! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

I have also been coming to see Dr. Kaur for Naturopathic services and my experience with her has been amazing as well. She took the time to get to know me and really understand my health concerns. Her individualized treatment plan has really made me feel well taken care of and I feel so much better about my overall health! The front staff are amazing, friendly and super helpful as well! Just had a skin consultation with Shyanne and it exceeded my expectations! Shyanne was so sweet and took the time to educate me on products/treatment options along with main focuses for my skin. There was no pressure to buy anything and the experience felt very collaborative. The clinic itself is very well kept and clean. Ladies at the front desk were welcoming and kind. I drove from Squamish to have this consult and have zero regrets in doing so- will be making the trek back. If nothing else translates how happy and confident I am with my experience the willingness to drive over 1.5 hours should make it clear on how great of an experience I had today. She is so beautiful inside and out, her amazing energy makes me feel very comfortable.
The way she explain how our body works and how to feel better by doing what we should do.
