Pre Treatment
To ensure an effective session, please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the treatment areas. We recommend staying well-hydrated before your appointment and avoiding taking high-dose anti-inflammatory medications (like Ibuprofen) if your plan involves regenerative injections, as we want to trigger your body’s natural healing response.
Post Treatment
Downtime is minimal to none, though you may feel slight soreness or structural tiredness depending on the modalities used (such as manual adjustments or injection therapies). We typically recommend avoiding strenuous, high-impact workouts for the first 24 hours to let the tissues stabilize.
