What is the Forma Facial Treatment?

This treatment includes 40 minutes of Forma skin-tightening for the face and neck, combined with customized exfoliation (dermaplaning, enzyme, or mild peel), a hydrating masque to leave your skin feeling refreshed, lifted, and glowing.
Pre Treatment
- Arrive well hydrated.
- Discontinue retinol, retinoids, exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA), and other active skincare products 48 hours prior to treatment.
- Avoid excessive sun exposure and sunburn before your appointment.
- Inform your provider of any recent cosmetic treatments, injectables, or changes to your medical history.
Post Treatment
- Continue to stay well hydrated following your treatment.
- You may return to normal activities immediately.
- Avoid excessive heat (hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and intense exercise) for 24 hours.
- Wear SPF 30+ daily and limit direct sun exposure.
- Resume active skincare products after 48 hours unless otherwise directed by your provider.
- Mild redness or warmth may occur and typically resolves within a few hours.

What to Expect
After Treatment
Most people can return to their normal activities immediately after Sculptra® injections. Swelling, bruising, and other side effects are usually mild and subside within a few days. Doing the following will help speed along your recovery:
- Apply a cold pack to the affected area for a few minutes at a time within the first 24 hours.
- Following treatment, massage the area for five minutes at a time, five times a day, for five days.
- Avoid excessive sunlight or tanning beds until any redness and swelling have resolved.
Results are gradual and may take 3-6 months to be fully evident. Results last up to two years.
