Exfoliation

Image Chemical Peels

What It Does

Chemical Peels are designed to give the skin a deep exfoliation with little to no downtime. They benefit most skin types and concerns. They can help reduce acne, hyperpigmentation and sun damage. They can also revive dull, lackluster skin, restoring it’s luminosity and improving texture.

Benefits

  • Brighten overall skin tone and lighten hyperpigmentation
  • Improve texture
  • Reduce congestion and breakouts
  • Improve absorption of at-home products

What to Expect

During Treatment

The skin will be prepped in order to remove any excess oil, the peel is then applied and remains on the skin for a short time. It is normal to experience warmth, tingling and stinging while the peel is working. The peel is removed after the appropriate amount of time and neutralized. This means we ensure that the peel has stopped working completely. Extractions are performed if needed and appropriate skin care, including sunscreen, is applied.

After Treatment

In the following 2-3 days after your peel, some dryness, shedding or flaking of the skin is normal. This typically stops after 2-4 days and some won’t experience any peeling at all. The result of a peel is smoother, brighter skin! This deep exfoliation improves the absorption and efficacy of your skin care products and application of makeup.

Recommended Sessions
